The analysis of genetic, epigenetic changes and expression in selected clusters of genes is carried out. The cytotoxicity of selected biologically active compounds of MGMT inhibitors in a wide range of concentrations, with different duration of treatments, in combination with the action of alkylating compounds in human cells of tumor and non-tumor origin in vitro was tested.
