Modern methods of extraction and intellectual analysis of large amounts of data using high-performance computing have been studied. A methodology for aggregation and filtering of complex structure interdisciplinary data obtained from different types of sensor equipment has been created. Algorithms for aggregation and filtering of existing data sets based on the use of high-performance computing tools have been developed. An approach to integrated evaluation of the characteristics of distributed data streams in optical sensor networks has been developed. Applications for aggregation and filtering of data packets received from optical sensors have been developed. Developed applications for comprehensive assessment of data quality in optical sensor networks.
