The analysis of all unique EST sequences of Ae. tauschii by comparison with homologous gene sequences of Oryza sativa revealed 14 intron positions and developed 14 ILP markers of Ae. tauschii, which are planned to be used for genetic analysis of intron polymorphism and genotype differentiation cultivated and wild cereals. The probable functional affiliation of ILP markers was established based on BLAST search for homologous sequences for 12 EST sequences of Ae. tauschii in the genome of Oryza sativa. It is the functional affiliation of the homologous rice gene that was defined by us as a functional annotation for the EST sequence of Ae. tauschii and its ILP markers. In general, all ILP markers Ae. tauschii, based on the function of the respective genes, were divided into 4 categories, including household genes, kinase genes, stress-induced protein genes, and transport protein genes. At this stage, it was found that 35% of the developed ILP markers are in the genes of household proteins, 41% - in the genes of kinases, 18% - in the genes of stress-induced proteins and 6% of ILP markers are located in the genes of transport proteins. Amplification of introns in 35 samples of Ae. tauschii and 9 samples of Ae. biuncialis was performed with the newly developed ILP marker Aet_ILP1. It was possible to clearly differentiate the samples at the species level. 17 ILP markers Ae. tauschii have been developed, which can potentially be used for molecular genetic analysis of this species and other cereal species.
