 At the second stage of development comments to the first revisions of 5 draft normative documents for scientific support, calculations for the stability and service life of the building (further - 5 ND) and their explanatory notes were finalized and studied then First Revision Comment Summary were prepared and submitted for consideration to the responsible technical committee for standardization. The second revision of 5 ND drafts and explanatory notes were developed. The first and second (final) revisions of 5 ND drafts were approved by the responsible technical committee for standardization.
