The choice of test duration according to the operation of specific welded compound is substantiate. The features of assessment of properties changes are proposed. The mechanical properties of welded joints of Al-Mg-Si-Su alloy obtained by non-melting electrode, and heat treated with artificial aging and hardening and artificial aging modes, after contact with a corrosive environment within 14 days, are analyzed. It was recommended for the manufacture of water tanks in airplanes apply compounds in the state quenching + artificial aging, because such treatment provides maintaining of the strength of the welded joint at the level of the base metal in a corrosive medium. Subsequent to the testing results of welded compounds of AMg5M alloy, welded in different spatial positions (0, 30 and 90 ° to a horizontal plane), in artificial conditions of sea climate during 180 days, a decrease in their strength and plastic properties is established. It is proposed to use these compounds provided that such a spatial position in welding is selected, which will provide the most suitable features of mechanical properties. It was established that there is no effect the direction of rolling, welding thermal cycle and heat treatment regime, on corrosion-mechanical strength in amyl of welded joints of 2219 aluminium alloy, obtained by fusing electrode and heat treated after welding, which make possible to recommend this alloy for fuel tanks. The performance of such welded constructed objects will determined by a rational selection of welding mode.
