 The purpose of the research is to study and promote the aesthetic achievements of modern literature and painting of the Ukrainian Danube region as a means of intercultural communication, harmonization and stabilization of interethnic relations in a multinational region. The purpose of the project was to solve the following tasks: to consider and present at different levels (scientific, educational, promotional) literature and folklore of the south of Odessa as an effective means of cultural polylogue of regional society; prepare publications of artistic, reference and research materials to equip the course "Literature of the native land"; to study universal and regional cultural concepts in the works of poets, writers and works of artists Budzhak in terms of identifying their differential and integral features. The interdisciplinary basis of the project involves the scientific research of the authors in the field of literature-painting-history.
