Steam shielding of capillary porous structures filled with liquid tin was investigated under the influence of ELM-like and disruptive transient loads in additional simulation experiments on experimental installations KSPP-M and KSPP X-50. The influence of different energy loads on the surface of the target with a porous structure is analyzed. The onset of intense radiation of Sn II spectral lines is observed at an energy load Q ~ 0.3 MJ / m2. Impurities from the target materials in the near-surface protective layer appear when the heat load exceeds the melting threshold of the material. Also, the intensity of the continuum jumped significantly at Q> 0.5 MJ / m2, which corresponds to the onset of strong shielding of the surface on which the plasma flow comes.
The temperature stabilization system of the neutralizer heating system has been developed, manufactured and is being tested. The deviation of the beam of sodium ions in the scattered magnetic field of the Hurricane-2M stellarator in the region of the ion accelerator is estimated.
