Research methods - mathematical modeling, experimental research conducted using physical and chemical methods, methods of analytical chemistry. Control of process parameters was carried out by modern measuring instruments. As a further development of the theoretical foundations of the scientific concept of discrete-pulse energy input, a number of mathematical models have been created. Based on basic research: developed a technological line for purification of water from iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and adjusting the pH value with a capacity of 20-40 m3 / h; developed a method of reducing the cost of lime in the process of purification of diffusion juice by the process of activation of lime milk with the use of equipment in which the effect of hydrodynamic pulsations; developed and implemented energy-efficient industrial technology and equipment for water production with specified physical and chemical parameters for the needs of the food industry, namely for the manufacture of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages; developed a method of processing whey to improve the process of crystallization of lactose to obtain high quality whey powder; an innovative technological scheme has been developed and the technology of obtaining extra Product Description popup.authors Ivanytskyi Heorhii K.
