The purpose of the study: scientific and theoretical justification and development of didactic and methodological support for the implementation of remote system of psychological support of families of children with special needs in crisis situations. Methods: theoretical (theoretical and methodological analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of research; comparison of generalizations and systematization of research results to determine the state of the problem and promising areas for its solution); empirical (diagnostic - testing, interviews, introspection, self-assessment), which were used to collect empirical material; statistical methods of data processing (descriptive statistics, criteria for establishing the reliability of differences, frequency analysis), which were used to prove the reliability and effectiveness of the results of empirical research. The results of the study and their novelty: Theoretically substantiated educational and methodological support for the implementation of remote psychological and pedagogical support of families of children with special educational needs in crisis situations. A textbook on remote assistance to families raising children with special educational needs in crisis situations has been developed. The system of remote psychological and pedagogical support of families of children with special educational needs in crisis situations has been tested and implemented by means of online consultations using audio communication (hotline) and online consultations with video communication connection (September-December 2021). .). Areas of application of the results of research work: correctional pedagogy, special psychology, educational process in preschool and school institutions for children with special educational needs with special and inclusive forms of education.
