Description

The main directions of the theoretical reflection of transformational changes in the post-Soviet countries are defined; the conceptual dimension of post-Soviet studies is interpreted; systematization of the historical experience in the implementation of modernization programs in the post-Soviet space іs effectuated; a comparative analysis of the main models and algorithms of transformation processes in the post-Soviet space іs effectuated; the position on the ethnopolitical factor as a determinant of political relations and conditions influencing the transformation processes is substantiated; the specifics and features of the transformation of the former Soviet Republics are defined; the hypothesis that the existing civilizational differences between the countries of the post-Soviet space and the influence of key global geopolitical and economic actors determine the further segmentation of the post-Soviet space, which manifests itself in the implementation of various transformation strategies and modernization models is substantiated.
