The main epidemiological aspects of the prevalence of adverse reactions in the pharmacotherapy of tuberculosis, HIV/TB, and comorbidities were determined. For the first time, ways to prevent the development of adverse reactions in the pharmacotherapy of tuberculosis, HIV/TB, the presence of concomitant pathology, and the treatment algorithm were proposed. The expediency of improving pathogenetic therapy, taking into account comorbid pathology, is substantiated.
