The object of research - the processes associated with the perception, resistance to load and redistribution of emerging stresses of load-bearing, enclosing and crew systems of vehicle modules at different stages of the life cycle, such as railway wagons, and relevant theoretical positions and methods.
The subject of research is the laws of functioning, perception, redistribution and counteraction to production, operational and repair loads of bearing, fencing and crew systems of vehicle modules, on the example of multi-functional modules of wagon structures with implementation of multi-material innovations, their concepts and concepts.
Theories and methods used in the study: the theory of technical systems and solutions to inventive problems; methods of systems approach, optimization theory; methods for determining the dynamics and strength of machines; theory of multilevel hierarchical systems, methods of morphological and functional analysis; methods of mathematical and computer modeling; finite element method; method of mathematical planning of the experiment; modern methods of experimental research of rolling stock.
