The report is based on the results of studies carried out in the department of mathematical methods in theoretical physics for the period 2017-2021. The research project was devoted to the solutions of a series of important problems in the theory of deformations of (nonlinear) quantum oscillators, deformed analogues of the Bose-gas model and their applications, algebraic, topological and categorical aspects of quantum integrable systems, quantum statistical and quantum field systems.
