The object of research is the process of formation of organizational and economic bases of competitive development of bakery enterprises. Theoretical results - research of organizational and economic principles of competitive positions and determination of components of competitive advantages of bakery enterprises of Ukraine Practical results - theoretical, methodological and practical principles developed by the author's team and development of organizational and economic recommendations for competitive development of bakery and regional management in the research area. Novelty - as a result of the study, the previously analyzed provisions were further developed.
