The aim of the work is to develop new technologies for rolling and extrusion of layered and reinforced materials based on aluminum alloys and steel with a regulated distribution of layer thickness, as well as the required quality (including strength) of their connection and level of properties. The main objectives of the project include: development of a tool for experimental research; development of a mathematical model and its adaptation to study the features of pressure welding, rolling and extrusion; study of the influence of technological parameters of selected processes on the deformation of composite elements; study of joint quality and mechanical properties of composites; assessment of the stages of composite fracture during testing; development of recommendations for the implementation of proposed developments in industry.
