The object of research is the physical condition of students of higher education institutions in the field of health care. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the impact of physical activity and training loads by means of physical education and sports on the physical condition of students of medical institutions of higher education and to substantiate comprehensive approaches to its optimization.
During 2016-2021 conducted annual medical examinations of students of 1-2 courses of medical and pharmaceutical faculties ZSMU practical classes on physical education for basic, preparatory and special medical groups. The total number is 5856 students. Dispensary observations of the physical condition of athletes of national teams of ZSMU in sports to participate in competitions at the city, regional, national and international levels. The total number of participants in the dispensary observation is 788 people. Increased indicators of physical activity of higher education students of medical and pharmaceutical faculties and professional and applied physical fitness of highere ducation students of medical and pharmaceutical faculties of ZSMU.
