The project goal was to upgrade cloud system with increasing container size and their amount, range of opera-tion systems support.
The main result is software and hardware system, with user capabilities creating virtual servers, and configuring static services for data storage and processing, use of interactive parallel software and work with graphical user interface. The project results:
• SCIT-5 cluster management platform with virtual containers was designed, based on LXC container system.
• The platform for cloud services was designed with QEMU hypervisor, with following characteristics: 12 cores at 2.9 GHz, 64 GB RAM. The platform was used for inter-domain research with other NASU institutions.
• OpenStack and OpenNebula cloud platforms was reseached and architecture of cloud system was designed.
The cloud platform with OpenStack and Centos 7 was developed on server with CPUs Intel Core i5 11 generation.
