Comparison of 8 devices for іn vivo fluorescence imaging in tissues was made and the technical parameters for international tender UA-2021-06-15-002896-c were defined, as a result in vivo fluorescence analyzer in tissues for visualization of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) consisting of modules Pearl Trilogy and Keyence BZ-X800E was purchased. The study of nanoparticles-inducers of NETs for the use in vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 was continued, their high efficiency was proved; the encapsulation of particles in soft tissues after 60+ days in the tissues was shown, the absence of necrosis or local inflammatory reaction was also demonstrated. The role of lung damage due to NETs action and the resulting immune response, in particular in coronavirus infection, has been assessed. The research on optimization of the test-system for detection of IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in human saliva samples was continued. Project results were published in 3 papers:
