Objects of research. Scientific developments, publications on the organization, theory and practice of forensic economic expertise, primary accounting documents, registers of accounting and tax accounting, conclusions of forensic economic expertise in criminal, commercial and civil cases.
The purpose of the work is to generalize the theoretical, methodological and legal aspects of forensic economic expertise, followed by the development of general provisions for economic expertise and the creation of the manual "Economic Expertise".
Research methods - general scientific methods (scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, logical, systematic and structural analysis of economic characteristics, systematization, generalization, description) and special research methods (monographic, grouping, graphic) were used in research work.
Results and their novelty. Creation of the manual "Economic Expertise", according to the current legislation of Ukraine. The paper uses the results of theoretical and scientific work of leading scientists and economists on forensic economic examinations. Scientific research is designed for persons undergoing internships to obtain the specialty of forensic economist, for specialists of state specialized expert institutions, persons engaged in judicial and economic activities on a business basis, employees of judicial and investigative bodies.
Novelty:
- generalized and systematized theoretical, legal and organizational aspects of economic expertise at the present stage;
- the methodology of forensic economic examinations in specific areas of research is presented;
- the use of special knowledge in the procedural law of Ukraine is considered.
