Research method - analysis of technologies for obtaining composite materials. Calculations of heating and motion of FeGW particles in the reactor.
The main components of the technology of manufacturing cast composite materials based on light alloys - aluminum and magnesium are considered and analyzed in the work. Particular attention is paid to the choice of: matrix alloy, type, size and number of reinforcing particles, as well as thermotemporal and kinetic parameters of the process.
The calculations of motion kinetics in the gravitational falling layer and heating of oxide particles of dispersed iron-graphite waste are performed. The obtained results were compared with the kinetics of magnetizing calcination of the same particles, which made it possible to give recommendations for the design of the reactor.
