The object of research is the natural resource development potential of united territorial communities.
The subject of the research is ecological and economic relations in the system of united territorial communities.
Research methods: general and specific methods of scientific research, such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, factor analysis, structural analysis, systematic approach, economic and mathematical methods.
Scientific and practical results of research can be used in the development of strategies for the development of united territorial communities. The need for decentralization of local government as a basis for sustainable development of united territorial communities has been proven. An analysis of the application of foreign experience in the formation of a strategy for the development of united territorial communities based on their natural resource potential was carried out. Proposals regarding the distribution of rental income can be applied when forming the budgets of united territorial communities. The scientific and methodological principles of the value assessment of agricultural lands as part of the natural resource potential can be used in the development of a strategy for the sustainable development of united territorial communities.
The economic efficiency of using the natural resource potential of united territorial communities allows determining the amount of budget revenues to territorial communities. The social efficiency of natural resource provision of united territorial communities allows to increase the use of natural resources of the territory and to ensure ecological conditions for their functioning.
