 At the present stage of enterprise activity, there is a need to reconsider the company's approaches to strategic management in accordance with the changes that have occurred due to the Соvid 19 pandemic and hostilities in Ukraine. Changes in management approaches in the tourism industry have become quite noticeable. Meanwhile, in modern economic conditions, the need for strategic planning of enterprises in the field of tourism infrastructure is due to a change in the paradigm of enterprise management and the definition of strategic management as a basis for long-term success of enterprises in a dynamic environment. Thus, there is a need to generate a strategic set of enterprises in accordance with the nature of changes in the external environment and the formation of recommendations for strategic planning taking into account the specifics of tourism infrastructure enterprises, which determines the relevance of the research topic, its purpose and objectives.
