 With the help of the conducted studies, various groups of medicines for the treatment of leading diseases (respiratory, digestive and other systems) have been studied, the importance of proper logistics of regional pharmaceutical systems, the advantages of establishing an effective system of logistics services for visitors to pharmacies have been identified. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, an anti-crisis package was developed for a pharmacy in order to prevent a crisis and minimize losses in the event of a crisis. The necessity of carrying out information, marketing, pharmacoeconomic research in order to rationalize the resource provision of the treatment process has been proved.
