 The object of the study is the process of forming a set of sales policy tools and optimizing management actions to ensure the competitiveness of entrepreneurial activity. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles and applied aspects of using marketing tools in sales policy to optimize a set of management actions to ensure the competitiveness of entrepreneurial activity. The purpose of the work is to develop the elements of improving the use of marketing tools in sales policy and the organization of a complex of marketing support for the enterprise. The implementation of the proposed methodical and practical recommendations will increase the efficiency of the enterprise and improve the financial and economic indicators of its activity.
