The object of study - refers to sports medicine and physical therapy, namely, medical supervision of persons during health and sports training, the process of physical rehabilitation, physical therapy and occupational therapy of athletes with spinal diseases, patients with cerebral palsy, patients with combined injuries of the upper extremities, patients with bronchial asthma, injuries of the lower extremities in football players with signs of connective tissue dysplasia, traumatic brain injuries in hockey players.
The purpose of the work is to improve the medical criteria of medical control of health and sports training, development and optimization of methods of physical rehabilitation in rehabilitation treatment.
Research methods - somatoscopy, questionnaire, anthropometry, calipermetry, goniometry, functional assessment of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, heart rate variability, cephalography, rheoencephalography, rheovasography, ultrasound of the heart, blood vessels and internal ligaments, tendons at rest and during exercise, Holter heart rate monitoring, radiography, computed tomography, myography, determination of physical performance using a bicycle ergometric test, psychological research, mathematical and statistical processing of the results of the study.
Developed and scientifically substantiated medical criteria for medical control, used during health and sports training of varying intensity, as well as during physical rehabilitation. It is substantiated that improving the quality of medical control will provide individual dosage of physical activity taking into account the peculiarities of the functional state of the body, achieving high sports results without negative consequences, will improve human physical health and accelerate recovery and health in diseases.
