Objective: to study anamnestic, clinic and functional peculiarities of recurrent bronchitis in children with comorbid conditions. Object of study: bronchitis in children with comorbid conditions; opportunistic and pathogenic symbionts of the respiratory tract in children.
Research methods: clinical, biochemical, microbiological, molecular genetics, functional-instrumental (spirography, neurosonography, hydrogen respiratory test, EEG, ultrasound, FEGDS), statistical. The structure of comorbid conditions in children with recurrent bronchitis, features of respiratory microbiome in children with bronchitis on the background of chronic aspiration, perinatal CNS lesions, cystic fibrosis has been studied, scientific provisions for the diagnosis of various forms of bronchitis in the presence of comorbid conditions have been developed.
