The object of research is the system "Road - traffic flow - environment".
The purpose of the work is to develop the design methodology, reconstruction of highways, airfields, evaluation of project solutions and methods of geodetic support for construction, cartographic and cadastral works.
Research methods - system and statistical analysis, parametric optimization, experimental studies, which allowed to form the structure and logical organization of research and to develop a model of functioning of the system "Automotive road, transport flow - environment", which takes into account the features of the main processes of the system.
The application of the method of morphological analysis allows synthesis and analysis of both existing and prospective means of improving the quality of highway and airfield construction and reconstruction projects. The evaluation of methods, models and technical means of ensuring the quality of project solutions was carried out using methods of mathematical modeling, probability theory.
