Тhe object of the research is systemic financial and economic security of sustainable development at the state, regional and corporate levels. Тhe purpose of the study is to develop a strategy for achieving systemic financial and economic security of sustainable development at the state, regional and corporate levels. Research methods: theoretical and methodological provisions of modern economic theory, system analysis, methods of statistical and economic analysis, programming, economic-mathematical modeling, etc. Тhe result of the study is a set of recommendations regarding the strategy of managing the financial and economic security of sustainable development in the conditions of an open economy; the use of adapted foreign experience of the investment aspect of the development of the economy of business entities in the conditions of financial globalization; implementation of the National Strategy of Financial Inclusion in Ukraine; use of strategic scenarios of sustainable development from the standpoint of security; determination of reserves for ensuring stable financial and economic development of regions. Тhe scope of application is the management of business entities, organizations and financial infrastructure institutions. The results of the work are also used in the educational process in the preparation of higher education applicants for the OPP "Finance, banking and insurance" and "Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activities", when performing relevant qualification works.
