The work is devoted to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of treatment of phlegmon of the maxillofacial area and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications when using in the postoperative period drainage with constant negative low pressure, regional targeted administration of a second antibacterial drug lymphotropically and the use of plasma enriched with growth factors. The whole complex of the conducted researches allows to recommend the offered approach to application in clinical practice for the purpose of improvement of reparative processes of postoperative wounds at surgical treatment of phlegmon.
