The research was conducted, and methods new materials of syntheses were developed in three main areas: obtaining structuring agents with portal carboxyl groups that are capable of interacting with polysaccharides according to the Steglich reaction; production of polysaccharides with a branched and cross-linked structure of macromolecules (microhydrogels) using synthesized structuring agents; obtaining model copolymers based on hydrophilic polyoxyethylene glycols and hydrophobic derivatives of dibasic amino acids with the inclusion of fluorescein fragments in their structure. The optimal conditions for obtaining structuring agents and modified polysaccharides were determined. Their structure was studied. The properties of the obtained branched polysaccharides and polysaccharide microhydrogels were determined.
