The purpose of the work: analysis of the assessment of the quality of the provision of administrative services of TsNAPs based on public opinion polls of consumers of these services with the aim of identifying the most problematic areas for improving their quality and providing a comparative analysis of the performance of TSNAPs. Research methods are based on the principles of system analysis, a set of general scientific and special sociological research approaches. The report presents the results of a public opinion survey of visitors to the Kyiv Center for Administrative Services regarding the process of providing and managing administrative services, as well as assessing the quality of providing administrative services in general and with the help of additional indicators in accordance with the strategic and operational goals and objectives of the study; based on the results of a quantitative sociological study, a content-comparative analysis of the assessment of the quality of the provision of administrative services of Kyiv city centers for 2021 and in comparison with the indicators of 2018-2021 was carried out.
