New data on the features of the formation of complications in hernia of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm, gastroesophageal reflux disease, achalasia of the cardia, stenosis of the gastroduodenal zone of ulcer genesis and extrahepatic cholestasis in complicated cholelithiasis are given.
