The research work presents the problems of cities in the use of construction waste. Cycles of organizational and technological measures regarding complex processing and use of construction waste in the process
complex reconstruction of residential buildings, classification of construction waste and methods and techniques for solving these problems.
Based on the results of the research, problems and methods of construction waste processing, dismantling of buildings and construction structures were identified. Complex methods of processing and use of secondary construction resources and modern techniques for dismantling buildings and processing secondary construction resources have been developed.
The implementation of scientific and research work contributes to the development of urban areas, gives greater opportunities to the managers of large cities to manage construction activities, improve the vitality of cities and the quality of life of the population.
