As a result of the research, polymer polyamide composites modified with ceramic-inorganic graphite-ferromagnetic fillers were obtained for the first time: silicon carbide, chromium oxide Cr2O3and graphite. The essence of the development is that the latest polymer ceramic-inorganic composites have been obtained for absorbing electromagnetic radiation to ensure the reliability of operation of radio-electronic equipment used in military, aviation, radio-electronic, medical and other industries. The novelty of the obtained results is that due to the optimization of the composition and nature of inorganically filled polymer composites, highly effective materials for absorbing electromagnetic radiation with an increased complex of strength and operational characteristics were developed. It is shown that binary modification with ceramic-inorganic graphite-ferromagnetic fillers of composites based on systems of polyamide 6 - SiC 10% by mass is optimal in terms of its technological characteristics. - Cr2O3 10% wt. and polyamide 6 - SiC 10% wt. - graphite 10% wt. For three-component complex modification with ceramic-inorganic graphite-ferromagnetic fillers, the most optimal system is polyamide 6 - SiC 10% by mass. - Cr2O3 10% wt. - graphite 10% wt. It is shown that the nature of the effect of the modification of ceramic-inorganic graphite-ferromagnetic fillers on the complex of spectral characteristics of the studied polymer ceramic-inorganic composites for absorbing electromagnetic radiation indicates the advantage of using a complex system of SiC fillers 10% by mass. - Cr2O3 10 % wt.– graphite 10% wt. for polyamide 6 in order to obtain effective materials for absorbing electromagnetic radiation by ensuring the complex nature of the action of various ceramic-inorganic graphite-ferromagnetic fillers.
