The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of a practical method for obtaining polyfluoroalkylpyrroles, effective approaches to the synthesis of fluorinated analogs of pyrrolidine alkaloids, potentially biologically active compounds of a heterocyclic nature using new low molecular weight functionalized building blocks. We summarized and systematized literature data on the synthesis of fluorinated analogs of pyrrolizidine, indolizidine and quinolizidine alkaloids, etc. A new general and simple method of obtaining polyfluoroalkylpyrroles, which are promising starting compounds for the synthesis of fluorinated alkaloid derivatives of the pyrrolizidine series, has been developed. The cyclization formation of polyfluoroalkylpyrroles from N-(β-trifluoroacetyl)vinyl (TFAV) derivatives of proline and other α-amino acids was studied.
