Based on the methyl ester of 4-chloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid have been found effective methods of obtaining 9-functionally substituted of 7-deazapurine derivatives. A simple and fast method for obtaining new 3(4),7-disubstituted pyrazino[1',2':1,5]pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives – structural analogues of trilaciclib, an effective drug in the treatment of small cell lung cancer – is proposed.
