Procedures for determining the optimal distribution of electricity storages in the Integrated Power System of Ukraine were proposed, algorithmized, and programmatically implemented. Mathematical models were created and the existence of solutions for two modifications of the two-stage transport problem was substantiated, Gurobi and CPLEX programs were tested for solving these problems (NEOS server, AMPL modeling language). Testing of software implementations of Shor's r-algorithms for structured linear programming problems of large dimensions was carried out. Software implementations of methods for solving optimization problems of modernizing the bandwidth of fault-tolerant network arcs have been developed.
