The study of a new type of non-classical method of activation of chemical and physicochemical processes - an external electric field as an effective way of heating reaction mixtures has been started. It is shown that the use of low power ultrasound for the ion-exchange separation of thiamine phosphorus esters to obtain pharmaceutical substance cocarboxylase contributes to the overall intensification of the process. It is proved that microwave method of sample preparation is effective in the analysis of elemental impurities in samples of pharmaceutical products. It was found that the micellar extraction method can be successfully applied for preconcentration of arsenic in its determination by inductively coupled atomic emission spectrometry. On the example of benzene nitro derivatives, it is shown that the relative role of C-H...O hydrogen bonds and stacking interactions in crystal formation depends on the location of nitro substituents and the overall polarity of the molecule. On the example of structural analogues of piroxicam it is shown that depending on the conditions of crystallization, namely the solvent used, it is possible to obtain crystalline enantiomers with different types of biological activity. In the process of crystallization of an equimolar mixture of compounds containing carbonyl groups as proton donors and amino groups as proton acceptors, in addition to the expected organic salt formed as a result of proton transfer, it is possible to obtain a co-crystal of organic salt and neutral molecule.
