The aim of the work is to develop, synthesis and study features of the formation of nanosized film compositions based on new materials for the creation of high-performance X-ray optics and nano-coatings. Research methods – low-angle X-ray diffraction, X-ray phase analysis, high-resolution electron transmission microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Using the methods of x-ray diffraction (λ = 0.154051 nm) and electron microscopy X-ray mirrors Mg2Si/Si and Mo/B and quasi-crystalline Ti–Zr–Ni films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering were studied. Regularities have been established for the formation of mixed zones in multilayer nanocomposites from pairs of materials promising for X-ray optics, for which there is no (or incomplete and insufficient) information on interlayer interaction, namely, Mo/B, Mg/Si, Mg2Si/Si. The mechanisms of formation of mechanical stresses in multilayer coatings are determined. The mechanical, electrophysical, thermophysical properties of film coatings based on the TiZrNi alloy containing one of the phases: CC, approximant phase, Laves phase, and their purposefully created combinations are studied.
