The research methods are historical retrospective and perspective, system-generalizing analysis and synthesis, oral history, using scientific literature, periodicals and archival documents on the researched issues. As part of the «Diplomacy and foreign policy of Ukraine and other countries» research, 1 monograph, chapters in 2 collective foreign monographs, a course of lectures and a number of scientific articles were published, including 1 article in the WoS scientometric database. A monograph, sections in three collective monographs and a number of scientific articles, including 1 in the WoS scientometric database and 1 in the Scopus scientometric database, were published as part of the research of Chapter 2 «Education and Science in the Conditions of Socio-Political Transformations». As part of the research of Chapter 3 «Regional studies: historical, political and socio-cultural processes», 6 textbooks and a number of scientific articles were published, including 3 in the WoS scientometric database and 1 in the Scopus scientometric database.
