The dependences of the operational parameters of the developed laccase-containing amperometric biosensors on the structural and morphological characteristics of ureasil polymer composites as bioselective membranes and the properties of enzymes from microbial sources based on laccase from Trametes versicolor and Trametes zonata were established. The developed highly sensitive biosensor systems based on ureasil polymers and laccase from Trametes versicolor and Trametes zonata are recommended for express monitoring of the level of contamination of wastewater and drinking water by phenol derivatives.
