The priority directions of transformation in education, which in the near future will influence the formation of the education system in Ukraine, have been determined, based on the analysis of the directions of development of digital technologies, as well as trends in the organization of the educational process in general secondary education institutions during martial law. The features and basic principles of designing the educational and developmental environment of a general secondary education institution in the context of digitalization of society (in particular, in the context of ensuring the educational process in the conditions of martial law) have been defined and substantiated. The peculiarities of designing the organizational-management, content, technological and socio-pedagogical aspects of the educational environment of the general secondary education institution and the state of their functioning in the conditions of digitalization of society during the martial law in Ukraine are analyzed. The main ideas of the socio-pedagogical approach in designing the educational and developmental environment of the general secondary education institution in the conditions of digitalization of society are defined. The state of development of the problem of designing a variable component of the content of full general secondary education in the conditions of digitalization of society in pedagogical science and educational practice is analyzed.
