Theoretical calculations from the first principles were carried out. The electronic characteristics of nanoparticles and nanofilms based on β-Ga2O3 were determined depending on the film thickness, the type of free surface of the film and its mechanical compression, adsorption of gas molecules (CO, NH3, O3), doping with metals (Mg, Ca , Zn) and nonmetals (N), synergistic effects in an array of wires of different shapes and sizes.
