A set of new methods and multifunctional systems of Mueller-matrix fluorescence polarimetry based on coordinate Stokes-polarimetric mapping of microscopic images of fluorescence of biological layers is substantiated. For the first time, original algorithms for obtaining distributions of the magnitude of the elements of the polarization and diffuse components of the fluorescence matrix were developed.
