  The main goal of scientific research is the development of scientific foundations for the creation of earthquake-safe technologies for conducting man-made explosions in quarries with preservation, and the improvement of environmental safety, and research on the improvement of recipes of low-density BP for the creation of technologies for their production for the compaction of subsidence soils and the restoration of the safety of replaced areas. and the development of military economics and defense research. A mathematical model of the composition of wave oscillations during the explosion of a dispersed charge and calculation for determining the deceleration intervals in the KSP schemes of well charges that cause a seismic hazard has been developed in order to determine the permissible mass of the explosive substance in these charges to minimize the seismic impact of mass explosions on the environment. Earthquake-safe technological parameters of KSP and recommendations for their implementation have been developed, which define the limits of the number of dispersed well charges in a group with deceleration intervals not exceeding 90°. The existing formulations of TNT-free explosives based on ammonium nitrate were reviewed and improved low-density explosive mixtures for compaction of subsidence soils and demining of territories were proposed. On the basis of research on the creation of explosive technologies with the preservation, improvement and restoration of environmental safety, recommendations have been developed to clarify the normative safety levels of protected objects, which are not regulated by the DSTU and are located in the zone of seismic effects of mass explosions in quarries.
