The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of medical care for the population by substantiating, developing and implementing an improved model of managing the quality of medical care for the main (most common in 2014-2023) diseases in the conditions of a multidisciplinary health care institution. Research methods - systematic approach, content analysis, bibliosemantic, epidemiological, statistical, sociological, conceptual modeling, expert evaluations. As a result of the implementation of the first stage of the scientific project: 2022–2024, an urgent scientific task was solved - the substantiation of the organizational and management principles of improving medical care for patients in the conditions of the operation of a single medical information system, research, testing and correction of the research toolkit for studying the information and educational needs of professionals in a multidisciplinary field was carried out health care institutions, psychological components of the quality of medical care, personnel and resource provision of medical care.
