It has been established that the level of development of the psychological readiness of the teaching staff for professional activity in the conditions of the National Educational Institutions is a variable value. The psychological trends of the development of the components of the professional self-realization of the teacher of the NUS have been clarified. Directions for further improvement of the reform of the National Educational Institutions in the national education system have been defined and substantiated. The effectiveness of the "Program for the Development of the Psychological Readiness of Teachers of the National Academy of Sciences for Professional Activity in War Conditions" was developed, tested and proven.
