The structure, peculiarities and levels of development of professional self-realization, professional reflection, professional communication, emotional intelligence, psychological health as components of the personal and professional component in the general structure of the psychological readiness of the pedagogical staff for pedagogical activity in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School were theoretically substantiated and empirically studied. It has been established that the level of development of the psychological readiness of the teaching staff for professional activity in the conditions of the National Educational Institutions is a variable value. The psychological trends of the development of the components of the professional self-realization of the teacher of the NUS have been clarified. Directions for further improvement of the reform of the National Educational Institutions in the national education system have been defined and substantiated. The effectiveness of the "Program for the Development of the Psychological Readiness of Teachers of the National Academy of Sciences for Professional Activity in War Conditions" was developed, tested and proven. The technology of profile analysis of the diagnostic-consultative and correctional-developmental career guidance work of practical psychologists of ЗЗСО has been developed and tested; the cognitive, regulatory, motivational, communicative functions that ensure the optimal performance of the system of vocational guidance work tasks at the level of mental regulation are highlighted and described.
