Object of scientific research: the process of informatization of general secondary education in the context of the reform of the
Ukrainian school. Methods of scientific research: a systematic approach to the selection of information, the study of
phenomena, the identification of relationships and interdependencies, the identification of trends, the presentation of a holistic
picture of the subject; comparative pedagogical methods of analysis, generalization of positive pedagogical experience on the
basis of general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis; computational methods of information processing in the
processing of databases in information networks; methods of interviews, questionnaires, comparison of trends in the
development of information and educational environment of general secondary education within the topic; analysis of data from
international comparative studies in foreign countries; analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodological
literature of domestic and foreign authors; generalization, study of the results of international monitoring studies, normative
documents of international organizations; modeling methods and expert assessments to test the effectiveness of organizational
and pedagogical conditions for the development of information and digital environment of secondary educational institutions.
Purpose: to develop conceptual foundations for the construction and development of information and digital learning
environment of general secondary education.
