The problems of complex (autonomous or partially centralized) provision of electrical and thermal energy to objects for which the conditions of energy supply depend on time-varying circumstances, based on the use of renewable energy sources, have been solved. The functioning of wind, solar electric installations and other renewable energy means when they are used in autonomous mode, when working as part of a local or combined energy system, when combined with a combination of different types of energy sources is studied. Recommendations on the optimal combination of renewable and traditional technologies have been developed.
